In their signature 45 minutes class, you will be performing interval workout along with push-ups and even strength training with dumbbells weight of your choice! A cycling studio conveniently located in Sathorn, Ommo Studio spacious room and killer sound system will keep you going as you ride through multiple obstacles and hills. You will even get to do some abs work such as sit-ups while riding non-stop! Sometimes the studio will have special events with live music and guest master trainers from Schwinn spin bike and many collaboration with local lifestyle brands, so stop by if you want a killer workout!

The latest project from the Absolute Yoga and Pilates family, so you know that quality of the classes are something they care deeply about! With 2 convenient locations in Thong Lo and near Chidlom area, you can pop in for a class very easily. They offer classes range from beginner to advance, with beginner class being only 30 minutes long but still pack as much of a punch and you’ll still get a great workout. For advance rider, try their Big Beat class where you’ll be riding in a fast pace and performing interval training for a non-stop 60 minutes!

A staple fitness club located in the heart of Thong Lo. Even though The Racquet Club doesn’t only specialise in cycling, the studio has a quality spin bicycle and a convenient location for members who live around the area. Their Bike Tour class will take participants up and down the hill, making you spin really fast to elevate your heart rate, and challenge your entire legs muscle with some standing movements. This is a must go class for any cycling enthusiast as it suits everyone from beginner to advance riders.
